Returns & Refund Policy – Mellon Milano

Thank you for shopping with Mellon Milano. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All tags and original packaging must be included

  • The item must be in resellable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong colour

  • Faulty or incorrect item

To arrange an exchange, please contact our support team before returning your item.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used bedding

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us

  • Final sale/clearance items


6. Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue immediately.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We sent the wrong item

  • The item is faulty

  • The item arrives damaged

In these cases, we will cover/ reimburse return postage.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
